Where are your courses held?

Currently we offer live virtual Zoom webinar courses, which are interactive and recorded so you can access them afterwards for approximately one month.

How do I book a course?

Please click on the ‘BOOK’ icon and select the course you would like to book.

I would like to book a course, but no date is shown yet.

As soon as we have dates for our courses, they go live on the website. If you are interested in a specific course, please contact us via the Contact page on the website and we will let you know when booking has opened.

Do you offer a refund?

We understand that schedules change at the last minute. We are happy to offer a full refund up to when we send out the course materials to you by email, which is usually five days before the course. The live courses are recorded so if you are unable to attend, you can still watch the recorded course in your own time and at your own speed.

I now have to work on the day of the course, what can I do?

The live webinar will be recorded so you can watch the recording afterwards in your own time and at your own speed. We will still send you a live webinar link in case you would like to drop in on the day. You will also receive the course materials and certificate.

I haven’t received any emails from you. What should I do?

We usually send out course materials and a link for the course webinar around five days before the course. The email will be sent to the email address you gave when booking the course.

Please check your junk or spam email folder for our emails. If you are using an NHS email address, emails containing links and attachments may still go into your junk or spam folder, so please check there again. Please email us via the Contact page on the website if you need any further assistance.

How can I get the best experience from a webinar?

Before the webinar, we will send you a Zoom webinar guide, which will help you address any sound or technical issues before the course starts and ensure you can navigate the webinar functions and interact during the course.

Online booking has closed for a course, but I would now like to attend. Can I still get a place?
